a nephew! and other news…

Hooray! Last night, Aubrey gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby boy, Judah Anthony. We know our God is good. He answered our prayers of Aubrey and Jeff, all of them! First, they got pregnant. Then the baby and mama are delivered and healthy. You should see his long fingernails, so perfectly formed. I’ll steal some pictures from Abram, who’s already visited his new little nephew.

We can’t wait to meet this little one.

In other news, my Mom and Dad made the trek down here to see us. We’ve been gallivanting all over Charleston. It’s been too fun to have them here, they even stayed in OUR guest room that I finally finished reorganizing the night before they came. We squished around the swamp in the rain, visited Hampton Plantation after it was closed like true Southern Rebels, scooted around the Market, relived history at Fort Sumter, flew kites at Morris Island Lighthouse, picnicked on Folly Beach Pier, played dominoes, ate cosmic hot dogs, watched Dancing with the Stars, you know, all the good stuff. I really enjoyed playing tour guide. And now, they’re down in FL visiting Gram, only to come back and spend Easter Sunday with us celebrating Jesus Resurrection at our church! I’ve got a yummy ham recipe planned. Here’s some pics of our adventures.
