2010 in Review: August Part II

After we returned from our trip, August was spent in preparation for Austin to start school.

Our arrival back to the states was in NYC JFK airport: our first time to the city and it was just for a trip across the interstate to La Guardia. 😦 We’ll have to go back.

Almost home. Sunset at 10,000 feet.

Austin and I built a desk for his new habit: studying!

Last day as a tech! Yahoo!

While Carol, Stan, Abram, and Andrew were here for Austin’s white coat ceremony, we made our first trip to The Wreck. It was delicious.

We just had to show them Pitt St. Bridge.

Andrew: “Austin, I dare you to go out on the ledge.”

Austin: “Okay.”

While we missed those that couldn’t come, we were so glad the bros Abram and Andrew could come.

Austin’s first day as an MUSC student! And thus our new life as med student and med student’s wife began.
